Followed by Joanna Oakey, Managing Director of Aspect Legal, Aus, who will be talking about the impact of the new Personal Property Securities Act (PPSA) on your business. This is particularly relevant if you hire goods, if you have ROT (retention of title) clauses in your contracts, or more generally if you have goods/equipment stored on your client’s site or in another party’s possession
