Our solicitors have over 20 years’ experience in advising in relation to various types of leases, from retail shops to Class A office spaces in the CBD. We have acted on both sides, for landlords as well as for tenants. Accordingly, we can guide you as to what is expected in a lease arrangement including guidance on some of the commercial aspects.
