Criteria:

 

• Medical practices or medical related business providers:
• Regional towns with a preference for populations 20,000+
• Long-term Owners with an impeccable reputation
• The medical practice must be well established with long-term staff; the practice must have a good patient reputation and very low litigation risks
• EBITDA: $0.3M up
• Budget: up to $50M per deal
• Practice must be in a premium location with a Long term lease, and must include accreditations of practices and doctors.
• Minimum: 6 Staff Services provided: Primary Healthcare services including: GP, Patient Services, family health, Allied Health, Mental Health, Corporate Services (Occupational Health, Industrial Medicine, EAP, Onsite Visits, Work Cover & Injury Management), patient transportations
