Leading national commercial law firm, Aspect Legal, is excited to announce the addition of Alan Prasad to their award-winning team. With more than 24 years of experience as a commercial lawyer and extensive first-hand experience as a successful entrepreneur, Alan’s appointment further strengthens Aspect Legal’s expertise in Mergers and Acquisitions, and Commercial Law.
A former Partner and Practice Group Lead at the recently acquired Nexus Law Group, Alan Prasad brings a wealth of local and international experience to Aspect Legal. In addition to working with several leading commercial law firms, Alan has successfully started, acquired, and sold businesses of his own in various industries, including FMGC (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), education, and professional services.
